Although juices are made of fruits, it doesn’t mean they are healthy. Almost all the fiber in the fruit is lost when preparing juice, leaving only the sugar.

Salty Crackers

Babies get satisfied quickly with a small amount of crackers. Salty crackers also make babies develop taste for salty foods.

Processed Food

It is called processed food the one that has been modified from its original form. The more preparation processes, the less nutritive value and the more unhealthy additives.

Gelatin Dessert

Gelatin desserts are made mainly of sugar and artificial colors and flavors, and contains only a small amount of gelatin.
